★ Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Software Programming Instructor (Content Creator). The instructor will be responsible for creating high-quality programming content, including video lectures, curriculum materials, coding demonstrations, and supporting resources. The role focuses on producing clear, engaging, and well-structured content that helps students understand programming concepts effectively.

★ Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver recorded video lectures on programming languages and software development concepts.
• Design structured, outcome-based programming courses aligned with current industry standards.
• Develop notes, assignments, and curriculum materials.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure quality and alignment with syllabus requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development and education technology.

★ Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language/technology (C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Experience with video recording and editing is a plus.

★ Compensation

The compensation for recorded content shall range between ₹800 to ₹1800 per video hour, depending upon the quality of content, experience of the tutor, and the overall impact of delivery.

Additional remuneration may be applicable for comprehensive modules and live sessions.
